The Sumud Fleet activist Greta Thunberg responded to U.S. President Donald Trump, who targeted her with the words, "She's a troublemaker, has anger issues, should see a doctor." Thunberg said, "I would gladly welcome any advice you have on how to deal with these so-called 'anger management issues,' because judging by your past performance, it seems you might be suffering from these problems as well."

US President Donald Trump launched a tirade against activist Greta Thunberg, who was part of the Sumud Fleet bringing humanitarian aid to Gaza and was later deported by Israel.

TRUMP: I THINK THUNBERG SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR

Trump referred to the 22-year-old Thunberg as "just a nuisance. Doesn't she care about the environment anymore? She has anger management issues; I think she should see a doctor. If you’ve watched her, she’s too angry for a young person," he said.

THUNBERG: I APPRECIATE TRUMP'S CONCERNS ABOUT MY MENTAL HEALTH

Thunberg responded to Trump. In a statement on her social media account, Thunberg said: "I heard that Donald Trump once again shared his very complimentary thoughts about my character, and I appreciate his concerns about my mental health."

"I WOULD WELCOME ANY ADVICE IF YOU HAVE IT"

To Trump: "I would gladly accept any advice you have to deal with these so-called 'anger management issues,' because judging by your past performance, it seems you are also suffering from these problems."
