Former AK Party deputy Şamil Tayyar reacted to the statements made by CHP Ankara Deputy Umut Akdoğan regarding the operation being conducted at the Gaziantep Courthouse. Tayyar, who claimed that the information shared by Akdoğan did not reflect the truth and refuted the allegations one by one, said, "The only truth in the post is the name of the CHP deputy."
Former AK Party deputy Şamil Tayyar reacted to the statements of CHP Ankara Deputy Umut Akdoğan regarding the operation at the Gaziantep Courthouse. Tayyar claimed that the information shared does not reflect the truth.
Tayyar stated in his announcement that he had accessed the complaint petition and examined it while concealing the identity information. He asserted that a large portion of the shared information was incorrect. By redacting the identity information, Tayyar refuted the information provided by Akdoğan point by point.
“THE COMPLAINANT AND VICTIM INFORMATION IS INCORRECT”
Tayyar expressed that in the incident, the complainant is not the father but the mother, and the person identified as the victim is not a child but a 27-year-old woman. He argued that the date of the incident is not the eve of the holiday as claimed, but March 3, and he also claimed that the accusation is not a sexual offense but falls under drug-related offenses.
“THE INVESTIGATION WAS NOT HIDDEN”
Rejecting the allegations that the investigation was hidden, Tayyar stated that the process was carried out directly under the instruction of the chief prosecutor's office.
Tayyar expressed that the number of people being complained about is not 25 but 4, and that the number of detentions increased with the expansion of the investigation. He also claimed that the individuals alleged to be fugitives have not been found.

At the end of his statement, Tayyar reacted strongly to the allegations by saying, “The only truth in the post is the name of the CHP deputy.”
