Famous artist Seda Sayan was a guest on Arem & Arman’s program. Making striking statements about Valentine's Day on February 14, Sayan said that expensive gifts received on special days do not hold any meaning for her.
Sayan stated, "I do not like receiving expensive gifts. It is very difficult to get a gift for me; I ask my spouse not to buy one. It is a sin, the money spent is a sin."
Stating that small gestures made at unexpected times make her happier than gifts received on special days, the artist said, "I do not like anniversary flowers or Valentine's Day flowers. It should be unexpected. A poem written or a flower received at an unexpected moment is more valuable."
Emphasizing that her spouse is a thoughtful person, Sayan praised him with the words, "It is more valuable for me that he thinks of me at that moment. My husband is a very thoughtful man. He makes my life easier; he knows me very well."
