Spotify has revealed the summary of 2025. The most listened artist in Turkey was BLOK3, and the most listened song was "Sevmeyi Denemedin." While 98 of the top 100 songs were from local music, female artists particularly stood out; Sezen Aksu maintained her title as the most listened female artist. In the most listened albums, both rap and nostalgia trends were prominent. In the podcast category, "Ortamlarda Satılacak Bilgi" took the top spot, while the most listened artist worldwide was Bad Bunny.
Spotify announced the most listened artists, songs, albums, and podcasts of the year as part of the "2025 Year in Review (Wrapped)." The company also made available the personalized Wrapped experience prepared according to users' listening habits throughout the year.
2025'S MOST LISTENED ARTIST: BLOK3
This year, BLOK3 topped the Spotify Turkey charts. The famous rapper not only became the most listened name of the year but also signed the most listened song of 2025. Following BLOK3 in the ranking of most listened artists was Ati242, while Semicenk, Era7capone, and Lvbel C5 made it to the top five.
SONG OF THE YEAR: YOU DIDN'T TRY TO LOVE
The most listened song of 2025 was "You Didn't Try to Love" by BLOK3. Semicenk's song "You Remained" took the second place, while the collaboration "I Wish" by BLOK3 & Ati242 came in third. The list also featured Era7capone – Poizi – SNOW's "Autumn" and Dedublüman & Aleyna Tilki's "I Don't Trust You" among the top ranks.
98 OF THE TOP 100 SONGS ARE LOCAL
According to Spotify data, local music listening in Turkey increased by over 10% compared to last year. In 2025, 98 of the top 100 most listened tracks were local songs.
THE TITLE OF MOST LISTENED FEMALE ARTIST BELONGS TO SEZEN AKSU ONCE AGAIN
The visibility of local female artists in the charts reached its highest level in recent years. The number of female artists in the top ranks increased by more than 90% compared to 2021. As in every year, Sezen Aksu maintained her title as the most listened female artist on Spotify. Following Aksu in the rap-heavy list were Gülşen, Hande Yener, and Ebru Gündeş. The group Manifest ranked fifth and was chosen as the most shared artist of the year.
RAP AND NOSTALGIA AT THE TOP OF THE ALBUM CHARTS
The most listened album of 2025 was, just like last year, Ati242's "Manifesto." It was followed by Manifest's "Manifestival" album. BLOK3 – "Obsesif," Lvbel C5 – "Nobody Loves" and Melike Şahin – "Akkor" made it to the top five. This year, the nostalgia wave also caught attention. Yaşar's "Divane" album, Bengü's "Second State," and Kenan Doğulu's "Festival" album also managed to enter the Top 10.
GLOBAL TOP: BAD BUNNY
In Spotify's global list, the most listened artist of 2025 was Bad Bunny with 19.8 billion streams. Taylor Swift ranked second, while The Weeknd, Drake, and Billie Eilish completed the top five. The most listened song of the year worldwide was "Die With A Smile" by Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars, which surpassed 1.7 billion streams.
PODCAST OF THE YEAR IN TURKEY: INFORMATION TO BE SOLD IN ENVIRONMENTS
The most listened podcast in Turkey in 2025 was "Information to be Sold in Environments." It was followed by "Treat Yourself Well" and "My Dream House." "Mexican Dilemma" ranked fourth, and "Under the Stairs Therapy" came in fifth.

Spotify users can access the 2025 Year in Review experience from the homepage section of the iOS and Android applications. This year, features such as "Listening Age," "Most Listened Albums," "Fan Leaderboard," and the new "Wrapped Party" that offers competition with friends have been added to Wrapped.
