Interesting moments occurred during the group meeting of the DEM Party in the Parliament. Group Deputy Chair Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit stated, "Welcome to the women who walk for freedom, equality, democracy, and the freedom of Öcalan from Diyarbakır, the ancient city, and from all corners of Kurdistan."

In his statement, Muharrem İnce wrote, "I strongly condemn the chanting of slogans in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, which was established by the state, and the silence and tolerance towards it for a terrorist who, when caught, says 'I am at the service of my state'."
