In his statement, Orlov alleged that Moreno sought help from artificial intelligence to establish the starting eleven. Orlov, who claimed that Moreno applied artificial intelligence suggestions "completely" on some matters, drew attention in the sports world with his allegations.
MORENO DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS
Spanish head coach Robert Moreno made statements to AA regarding the allegations against him. Moreno emphasized that at the time he left the club, Orlov was no longer working at FK Sochi, stating, "I never used ChatGPT or any other artificial intelligence tool when preparing for matches, determining the starting eleven, or making player selections."

Moreno, who said, "Like every modern professional technical team today, we use standard performance software, video analyses, and data scouting to organize information," nevertheless emphasized that "all sporting and human decisions" are made by him and his team. Moreno stated that Orlov's interview did not associate his departure from the club with these matters and that it occurred by mutual agreement. The Spanish coach expressed that the allegations stemmed from past professional disagreements and "do not reflect the reality of work."
