Hyundai announced that it has initiated a voluntary recall process due to a risk of malfunction related to the fuel pump identified in the best-selling Bayon model vehicles in Turkey. The company urged vehicle owners to visit authorized service centers to ensure that potential issues do not jeopardize user safety.

In Turkey, the fuel pump failures experienced in the best-selling Bayon model vehicles have prompted automotive giant Hyundai to take action. This technical issue, which could jeopardize the safety of the vehicles, was officially announced by Hyundai Turkey.

RECALL PROCESS HAS BEGUN

Hyundai has initiated a voluntary recall process for Bayon model vehicles due to the identified risk of fuel pump-related failures. The company has urged vehicle owners to contact authorized service centers.

STATEMENT FROM THE AUTOMOTIVE GIANT

In a statement made by Hyundai Turkey, it was noted: "An action plan has been created regarding the issue, and a notification has been published for free replacement in vehicles with a specific model range and engine equipment through the application. Therefore, while we are aware of possible failures and even issues faced by users, we kindly ask them to visit our nearest authorized service centers for a solution."

The recall process only covers Bayon vehicles with specific model years and engine equipment. Hyundai users can check whether their vehicles are included in the recall scope through the "My Vehicles" section on e-Government or through Hyundai Turkey's official channels.
