The body of pilot Hasan Bahar, who was martyred in the crash of a firefighting plane belonging to the General Directorate of Forestry in Croatia, has been brought to Turkey. Our martyr will be laid to rest at the Edirnekapı Martyrs' Cemetery following the funeral ceremony to be held today at noon.
The body of pilot Hasan Bahar, who was martyred in the AT-802 type firefighting plane belonging to the General Directorate of Forestry that crashed near the city of Senj after taking off from Rijeka Airport in Croatia on Thursday, November 13, was brought to Turkey.
BODY BROUGHT TO TURKEY
The body of martyred pilot Hasan Bahar was brought down at Atatürk Airport General Aviation Terminal by a private plane belonging to the Ministry of Health during the night. At the airport, teams from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the martyr's relatives were present. The body of martyred pilot Hasan Bahar was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution by a funeral vehicle.
WILL BE BURIED TODAY
Martyred pilot Hasan Bahar will be buried at Edirnekapı Martyr's Cemetery after the noon prayer to be held at Avcılar Central Ulu Mosque on Tuesday, November 18.
