The Istanbul-based Boy-Bo Group, which produces for world-renowned brands such as Benetton, Zara, H&M, and Mango, filed for concordat after being unable to overcome financial difficulties. The court granted a three-month temporary stay for five companies and four partners within the group.

The Boy-Bo Group, consisting of textile and tourism companies based in Istanbul, filed for concordat as it could not overcome its financial difficulties. The Bakırköy 3rd Commercial Court granted a three-month temporary injunction for BKB Tourism, Boy-Bo Textile, Ekim Hospitality, Embo Tourism, and Sevbo Textile within the group.

The same decision included company partners Emir Osman Bozkurt, Hülya Bozkurt, Osman Bozkurt, and Sevgi Bozkurt. The court appointed a three-person temporary commissioner board to carry out the concordat process. The hearing regarding the future of the companies will be held on October 23.
