On October 29, around 04:15 am, the teams of Beşiktaş Public Security Bureau were on patrol in Ulus neighborhood in a civilian manner. The teams saw two male suspects riding a motorcycle without a license plate on Ahmet Adnan Saygun Street. The teams stopped the motorcycle with an announcement and conducted a criminal record check on the two suspects. The criminal record checks of Ömer Faruk A. and Selçuk Ç. came out clean.

No evidence of any crime was found during the body search of the motorcycle driver Ömer Faruk A. The other suspect, Selçuk Ç., handed over 1.1 grams of rock cocaine wrapped in a napkin and 0.4 grams of white powder cocaine wrapped in a transparent bag from his right pocket just before the body search was to be conducted.

< h3 > "DID YOU BRING THE SUPPLIES TO THE DEALER?" SHE SAID

At that moment, it was observed that Selçuk Ç.'s phone was constantly ringing. At the same time, a young woman was seen approaching the area where the search was being conducted. When the young woman said to Selçuk Ç. in a way that the police officers conducting the search could hear, "Did you bring the supplies?" the police officers were briefly shocked. It was revealed that the young woman was Feyza Civelek, a 29-year-old actress who appeared in the series called Kızılcık Şerbeti. All three individuals were taken to the police station.

< h3 > SHE SHARED THE RECEIPT OF THE MONEY SENT TO THE DEALER

Speaking to the police at the scene, Civelek stated that she sent 6,000 liras to Selçuk Ç.'s account via mobile banking for him to bring cocaine, and claimed that she gave the cocaine to an unknown friend whose name she did not know. She also shared the receipt with the police.

< h3 > "GIVE ME THE DRUGS"

Civelek, who was taken to the police station for questioning, gave a statement as an informant, saying, "I contacted the person around 03:30 am and ordered drugs. I was a little drunk. They told me to deposit 6,000 liras into the account they sent me. I sent it. Then, when I went out on the street, there were men on motorcycles. When I approached them, I said, 'Give me the drugs.' Then the man in plain clothes who said he was a police officer asked me what was going on.

I told him that I ordered drugs. Then they took me to the police station. It was my first time using drugs. I don't remember the men who brought them because I was drunk. I'm sorry for what happened."

< h3 > THE SUSPECT'S CELL PHONE WAS CONFISCATED

Selçuk Ç., one of the three individuals taken to the police station, stated in his statement that he bought the drugs for 4,000 liras from an unknown person in Kağıthane and brought them to Feyza Civelek to sell for 6,000 liras.

Ömer Faruk A., the motorcycle driver, claimed in his statement as a witness that he was not aware of the drug transaction and only helped his friend when he asked him to drop him off in Beşiktaş. The 6,000 liras, cell phone, and SIM card found on Selçuk Ç. were seized for examination. Selçuk Ç., who was taken into custody, was referred to the courthouse.
