On October 5, Necati Coşkun Arabacı, known by the nicknames "the father of Cologne" or "Hell Necati," was taken into custody at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and was brought to the courthouse. Arabacı was arrested by the court he was brought before.

HELL NECATİ DETAINED IN İZMİR
As a result of long-term intelligence operations conducted by the İzmir Police Department's Organized Crime Unit, Coşkun Necati Arabacı, who is claimed to be the founder and manager of the organized crime group, was detained on the morning of October 5 at Adnan Menderes Airport during an operation.
Arabacı, 53, known as "the father of Cologne" or "Hell Necati," has been found to be involved in many illegal activities, primarily money laundering, drug trafficking, and arms smuggling. Arabacı, who was captured during the operation carried out under extensive security measures, was taken to the İzmir Police Department's Organized Crime Unit for questioning.
NECATİ ARABACI HAS BEEN ARRESTED
After his procedures at the police station, Arabacı was referred to the courthouse. Necati Arabacı was arrested by the court he was brought before. Meanwhile, in a statement made by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated, "A detention extension decision for 1 day has been issued by our İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the suspect Coşkun Necati Arabacı, who was detained on October 5, 2025, at Adnan Menderes Airport in the Gaziemir district of İzmir, on charges of 'Establishing an Organization for Committing Crimes' and 'Qualified Robbery'."
