A photo included in the new Epstein files released by the U.S. Department of Justice quickly made headlines. The photo shows Epstein and two men working at a table, while underneath the table, a woman in a bikini and barefoot can be seen. As the men look at their computer and notes, the woman is crawling under the table. Meanwhile, a drawing of a naked baby was observed on the wall behind the table.
While the international community continues to discuss the files of American businessman Jeffrey Epstein, the U.S. Department of Justice has released new photos and documents.
A WOMAN IN A BIKINI UNDER THE TABLE
The newly released images show Epstein and two men working at a table, while a woman in a bikini and bare feet is seen under the table. As the woman crawls under the table, the men are looking at their computer and notes.
SCANDALOUS DRAWING ON THE WALL
Meanwhile, on the wall behind the table where the men are sitting, there is also a drawing of a naked baby. Officials from the U.S. Department of Justice covered the drawing with black tape, but no information was shared about where the photo was taken.
NOTABLE WRITING ON THE SWEATPANTS
Under Epstein's sweatpants, the letters "LSJ" are visible. U.S. media has speculated that this could be an abbreviation for Epstein's private island, known as "Little Saint James."
WHAT HAPPENED?
Epstein, who was charged with sexually abusing dozens of girls under the age of 18, including the youngest being 14, and creating a prostitution network, was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York, on August 10, 2019.
The disclosed Epstein case files included famous names such as Prince Andrew, U.S. President Donald Trump, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, actor Kevin Spacey, singer Michael Jackson, illusionist David Copperfield, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson.
The FBI also stated that as a result of its investigation with the U.S. Department of Justice, no evidence was found that a "client list" of famous individuals was maintained, and it concluded that Epstein, who was alleged to have been murdered to cover up the crimes of individuals including government officials, celebrities, and businessmen, actually committed suicide in his cell.
