A young woman living in a luxury site in Istanbul rebelled on social media against the 9,500 TL fee requested for her 2+1 apartment.
COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SITE MANAGEMENT
The site resident, who stated that the amount she paid was close to a rental fee, claimed that the site management did not explain the expenses transparently and that they victimized apartment owners with exorbitant increases.
The young woman, who claimed that the management had defrauded them, announced that she would resort to legal means regarding the issue. In Istanbul, where similar complaints have been increasing, many tenants and homeowners are also demanding stricter controls against uncontrolled fee increases collected under the name of social facilities and personnel expenses.
