The Professional Football Discipline Board (PFDK) has decided to relegate Yeni Malatyaspor, which competes in the Nesine 2nd League Red Group, to a lower league. Yeni Malatyaspor, which faced a penalty of player deprivation and struggled to form a squad, was relegated to the 3rd League due to not being able to play consecutive matches.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has relegated Yeni Malatyaspor, which has received a penalty of deprivation of rights for many of its players due to the betting investigation initiated by the TFF.
RIVALS WILL BE COUNTED AS WINNERS BY DEFAULT
With the relegation of Yeni Malatyaspor to a lower league, the TFF has decided that other teams that will face Yeni Malatyaspor from now on will be counted as winners by default without playing a match.
THEY DID NOT PLAY 3 MATCHES IN THE LEAGUE
The yellow-black team did not play against Adanaspor on November 29, Isparta 32 SK on December 6, and Kırklarelispor on December 13.
The match of the Malatya representative against Menemen FK on December 17 was postponed to December 24.
