The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, announced that the oil flow from the Iraq-Turkey Crude Oil Pipeline has resumed this morning at 07:07, two years later.

The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced that crude oil produced from the fields in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI) will be delivered to the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) and exported through the Iraq-Turkey pipeline via Ceyhan Port, following the expected news given by the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Bayraktar.

OIL FLOW RESUMED AFTER 2 YEARS

Minister Bayraktar stated, "The oil flow has resumed as of 07:07 this morning from the Iraq-Turkey Crude Oil Pipeline, which was temporarily closed due to the earthquakes that occurred on February 6, 2023, and was made operational by BOTAŞ on October 4, 2023."
