Details have emerged about the inheritance that billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who was found dead in prison while awaiting trial on charges of sexual exploitation and establishing a prostitution network for underage girls in the U.S., intended to leave to his young girlfriend Karyna Shuliak, who was born in Belarus. Epstein planned to leave Shuliak $100 million in cash, Little St. James Island, a large ranch in New Mexico, his mansion in New York, a luxury apartment in Paris, and a 33-carat diamond ring.
The comprehensive Jeffrey Epstein documents released to the public by the U.S. Department of Justice have reignited discussions that have been ongoing for years. Official files detail Epstein's long-standing and notable relationship with Karyna Shuliak, who was born in Belarus. The documents emphasize that Shuliak was one of the most influential figures around Epstein after Ghislaine Maxwell.
GUIDED HER EDUCATION AND CAREER
According to the documents, Karyna Shuliak came to the U.S. when she was 20 years old. Epstein provided financial and emotional support to Shuliak, contributing to her education at an Ivy League university. The files contain allegations that Epstein closely monitored Shuliak's educational process, included her in academic and social circles, and guided her career in dentistry.
GAVE A RING "WITH MARRIAGE IN MIND"
Another striking detail in the documents is the 33-carat diamond ring that Epstein gifted to Shuliak. According to the information reflected in the files, Epstein noted in his own handwriting that he gave this gift "with marriage in mind."
DID NOT CUT OFF COMMUNICATION DURING INCARCERATION
According to witness statements, Epstein severed ties with many people around him after his arrest in New York in 2019. However, it was particularly emphasized in the documents that Karyna Shuliak was one of the last people to maintain communication with Epstein until the day he died in prison.
HERE IS THE INHERITANCE HE WANTED TO LEAVE TO HIS YOUNG GIRLFRIEND
According to RT's report, the files included information that Epstein planned to leave Shuliak $100 million in cash, Little St. James Island, a large farm in New Mexico, his mansion in New York, his luxury apartment in Paris, and the 33-carat diamond ring. However, it was noted that after Epstein's death, a large portion of this wealth was transferred to a compensation fund created for the victims.
THE JEFFREY EPSTEIN CASE
Epstein, who was prosecuted for sexually abusing dozens of girls under the age of 18, including the youngest being 14, and for establishing a prostitution ring, was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York, on August 10, 2019.
The disclosed Epstein case files included famous names such as Prince Andrew, U.S. President Donald Trump, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, actor Kevin Spacey, singer Michael Jackson, illusionist David Copperfield, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson.
The FBI also stated that as a result of its investigation with the U.S. Department of Justice, it found no evidence of a "client list" involving famous names, and concluded that Epstein, who was alleged to have been murdered to cover up the crimes of individuals including government officials, celebrities, and businesspeople, actually committed suicide in his cell.
