A SECOND PROSECUTOR HAS BEEN ASSIGNED
Following the death of artist Güllü, who fell from the 5th floor of her home in Yalova on September 26, the investigation has taken on a broader scope with new developments. Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor Duygu Bayar Öksüz decided to assign a second prosecutor for a more comprehensive examination of the findings prepared by the Bursa Forensic Medicine Directorate. Thus, another public prosecutor has been appointed alongside Yalova Public Prosecutor Sevgi Başkaya, who is currently conducting the investigation, allowing the case to progress under the joint oversight of two prosecutors.
"CRITICAL AND SURPRISING" FINDINGS IN CAMERA RECORDINGS
According to a report by Sabah, the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institution made unexpected findings in the preliminary examination of the camera recordings from the night of the incident. It is stated that the decision to deepen the investigation by the Chief Public Prosecutor was made based on these findings. The detailed report expected to be included in the case in the coming days is said to contain findings that could change the most curious aspect of the incident: 'Was it an accident or was she pushed?'
