The Libyan Chief of General Staff, Mohammed Ali Al-Haddad, along with his advisor and photographer, who lost their lives in a jet crash in Ankara, were buried following a funeral ceremony held in their hometown of Misrata.

PRIME MINISTER DIBEYBE ALSO ATTENDED
The funeral ceremony held at the Medine Riyadiye Stadium in Misrata was attended by Libya's Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dibeybe, Minister of Transportation Muhammed eş-Şuhubi, officials from Turkey's Consulate General in Misrata, Commander of the Libya Task Force Major General Mustafa Koşan, many senior commanders from the Libyan army, family members, and a large number of people from Misrata.
BURIED IN AL-GAMERİ CEMETERY
After the funeral prayer, the body of Muhammed Ali Al-Haddad was laid to rest in Al-Gameri Cemetery in Misrata.
His advisor Muhammed Asavi Diyab and photographer Muhammed Mahcub were also sent off on their final journey in ceremonies held in the same city.
JET CARRYING LIBYAN DELEGATION CRASHED NEAR HAYMANA ON DECEMBER 23
The jet carrying Libya's Chief of General Staff Muhammed Ali Al-Haddad and his accompanying delegation crashed near Haymana in Ankara on December 23. In the accident, the five-member military delegation and the crew on board lost their lives.
