In the case of the murder of Narin Güran, Birsen, Fuat, and Maşallah Güran, who were detained on charges of 'aiding a criminal,' were released yesterday evening. After leaving the prison, the Güran family members visited Narin's grave. During the visit, father Arif Güran shed tears, stating that this was a "sad" release.
After the murder of Narin Güran, a release decision was made for Birsen, Fuat, and Maşallah Güran, who were arrested for "harboring a criminal." The Güran family was released from prison in the evening hours. Birsen, Fuat, and Maşallah Güran were welcomed by their relatives.
Birsen Güran, Fuat Güran, and Maşallah Güran later went to Tavşantepe village to visit Narin Güran's grave.

"RELEASES HAVE NOURISHED OUR HOPE"
Father Arif Güran, speaking to reporters in front of Narin's grave, recalled that three people were released, stating that this was a "sad" release.
Güran said, "These releases somewhat nourish people's hope for the other case. My vigil for justice continues. I will continue my legal struggle."
"WE WERE DETAINED FOR NO REASON"
Maşallah Güran, who was released, also expressed that he wanted the other detained relatives to be released. Claiming their innocence, Güran stated, "We want justice, we do not want anything else. We were detained for months without any reason, for no crime."
STATEMENT FROM THE GÜRAN FAMILY'S LAWYER
Mustafa Demir, one of the lawyers of the Güran family, stated that the Güran family is on a "vigil for justice," recalling that a decision was made for the release of Birsen, Fuat, and Maşallah Güran.
Demir said, "Our effort, our goal, is to ensure that the perpetrator of Narin is punished as deserved by applying ordinary legal rules. We are also expecting a similar decision from the Court of Cassation. The reasoning for the decision will be announced later."
In the case of the murder of Narin Güran, the detained defendants, mother Yüksel, brother Enes, and uncle Salim Güran, were sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for "intentional murder of a child in complicity," while Nevzat Bahtiyar was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison for "destroying, concealing, or altering evidence of a crime."
