The operation against the terrorist organization SDF, which has not taken any steps to integrate into the Syrian army within the deadline given until the end of the year, is now a matter of time. Sources from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the negotiations with the SDF have not produced any concrete results so far, indicating that the statements made have not been reflected in practice. If the expected steps are not taken in the remaining time, it is anticipated that Syria will send an army of 80,000 personnel to the region.

Despite the expected step from the terrorist organization SDG, which is anticipated to integrate into the Syrian army within the framework of the March 10 agreement, it has still not arrived with only 5 days remaining, while the latest information from sources in the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has brought the possibility of an operation back to the agenda. It was stated that Turkey would also support Syria's possible operation, which keeps an army of 80,000 ready.

A source from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in an announcement to the Syrian official agency SANA that the statements regarding the integration of regional institutions into state institutions have remained at a theoretical level until today, and no concrete steps or clear timelines have been presented.

SEPARATION DEEPENS

The source expressed that the existence of administrative, security, and military institutions in northeastern Syria, which are outside the state framework and managed separately, is inconsistent with the rhetoric of unity, noting that this situation deepens the separation rather than resolving it.

"DISCOURSES AIMED AT REDUCING POLITICAL PRESSURES"

The source pointed out that despite the statements from the terrorist organization PKK/YPG indicating that dialogue with the Damascus administration continues, these discussions have not produced concrete results on the ground, arguing that these discourses are used more for media purposes and aimed at reducing political pressures.

"OIL BELONGS TO ALL SYRIANS"

An authorized source regarding the oil issue stated that the PKK/YPG's statements claiming "Oil belongs to all Syrians" have lost credibility due to the fact that oil is not managed through state institutions and its revenues are not transferred to the general budget.

The source noted that the proposed decentralization model threatens the unity of the state with its political and security dimensions, going beyond the administrative framework, and that it has made the de facto structures permanent. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs source emphasized that the unilateral control over border gates and borders being used as a bargaining chip contradicts the principles of national sovereignty.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Security sources recalling the March 10 agreement stated that if the conditions are not met, the Syrian government could carry out an operation for the integrity of the country, and Turkey would support this.

ERDOĞAN: THE MARCH 10 AGREEMENT MUST BE FOLLOWED

President Erdoğan also delivered a striking message at the "16th Ambassadors Conference" held at the Beştepe National Exhibition Hall in Ankara. Erdoğan stated, "The March 10 Agreement must be implemented. Israel's attacks are an obstacle in front of Syria. It is clear who will benefit from the fragmentation of Syria."

MINISTER GÜLER: WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY TERRORIST STRUCTURE

National Defense Minister Güler also issued a notable warning regarding the terrorist organization SDG in Syria. Yaşar Güler stated, "For the process to operate and continue healthily, the terrorist organization PKK and all affiliated groups must immediately cease their terrorist activities in all regions they are located, especially in Syria, in accordance with the dissolution decision, and unconditionally surrender their weapons."

Güler emphasized that for the permanent establishment of the "Terror-free Turkey" goal, the armed elements in Syria must quickly integrate into the central administration, stating, "We expect the organization to complete this transformation without delay in a way that will prevent external interventions, taking into account the calls for disarmament and integration coming from within itself." Güler stated that no terrorist structure, regardless of the name it operates under, will be allowed to continue that threatens the peace in the region. Güler also mentioned, "Recent statements and analyses in the international media indicate that the YPG-SDG terrorist organization is being attempted to be used as an apparatus by regional actors to prepare the ground for new geopolitical engineering. This situation poses a direct threat not only to Syria but also to Turkey's national security."

AN ARMY OF 80,000 WILL BE SENT TO THE REGION

The Syrian army has completed its preparations for a comprehensive operation with the expiration of the deadline given to the PKK-SDG structure. It is planned to deploy 7 divisions and approximately 80,000 soldiers for this purpose. It was stated that this number could increase further depending on developments, and that heavy weapons, as well as drones, helicopters, and fighter jets, would be used in the operation. Surveillance drone and armed drone flights have been intensified in the Deir ez-Zor, Tishrin-Karakozak, Tabqa, Halsa, Ayn Issa, and Raqqa fronts, while point designations for the advance units have been made.
