In a collision between a light commercial vehicle and a van in Adapazarı, 1 person lost their life while 4 others were injured. Gendarmerie teams have launched an investigation into the accident.
In the Adapazarı district of Sakarya, a traffic accident occurred as a light commercial vehicle collided with a panel van, resulting in the death of 1 person and injuries to 4 others.
The accident took place in the Bileciler neighborhood of Adapazarı district. According to the information obtained, a light commercial vehicle driven by A.K. (22), whose license plate has not yet been learned, collided with a panel van driven by H.Y. (51) coming from the opposite direction.
HEAVY TOLL IN THE GRIM ACCIDENT
Due to the severity of the collision, the drivers of both vehicles, as well as passengers Emel K. (43), Ö.E. (37), and O.S.G. (47), were injured. Upon notification of the situation, a large number of gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to the hospital by ambulances after the initial interventions of the medical teams at the scene.
Among the injured receiving treatment in the hospital, 43-year-old Emel K. could not be saved despite all the doctors' interventions and passed away. It was learned that the treatments of the 4 injured individuals in the hospital were ongoing, while gendarmerie teams initiated an investigation into the accident.
