Gaziantep FK President Memik Yılmaz's daughter and the club's team psychologist Ümmü Gülsüm Yılmaz has been referred to the PFDK for allegedly placing bets.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Legal Consultancy recently referred 510 individuals who have served in professional leagues over the past 5 years to the Professional Football Discipline Board (PFDK) as part of a betting investigation.
510 PEOPLE REFERRED TO PFDK
In a statement from the TFF, it was said, "As part of the betting investigation conducted by the Turkish Football Federation, it has been decided to refer individuals who have served as physiotherapists, psychological performance consultants, masseurs, equipment managers, interpreters, doctors, and nutritionists in professional leagues over the last 5 years and have been found to have placed bets to the PFDK with precautionary measures starting from February 13, 2026, in accordance with Article 57 of the Football Discipline Regulation."
ÜMMÜ GÜLSÜM YILMAZ, DAUGHTER OF MEMİK YILMAZ, IS AMONG THOSE REFERRED TO PFDK
It has been learned that Ümmü Gülsüm Yılmaz, the daughter of Gaziantep FK Club President Memik Yılmaz and serving as the team psychologist, has also been referred to the Professional Football Discipline Board for allegedly placing bets. After the disciplinary referral, all eyes are on the decision to be made by the PFDK.
