The custody of their 6-year-old child E.İ.Ç. was granted to the mother. However, Emre Ç. began to threaten his ex-wife Funda K. after their separation. Emre Ç., who did not leave the woman alone, allegedly installed a tracking device (GPS) on Funda K.'s car during their marriage.
HE CUT OFF THE PATH OF THE CAR HE INSTALLED A TRACKING DEVICE ON Emre Ç., who followed every step of the woman, tracked Funda K. on the day of the incident while she was taking her daughter E.İ.Ç. to school. When Emre Ç. cut off the car's path and made threats, Ebru Y., the daughter from Funda K.'s first marriage, got out of the car and argued with Emre Ç. Afterward, Ebru Y. and her mother Funda K. wanted to continue on their way. However, Emre Ç. reappeared and caused an accident by suddenly braking in front of Funda K. This way, Emre Ç. endangered traffic for a while before disappearing from sight. The events were captured on a mobile phone camera.
Funda K. EX-HUSBAND RELEASED After the incident, Funda K. and Ebru Y. went to the police and filed a complaint against Emre Ç. Emre Ç., who also violated the restraining order previously obtained by Ebru Y., was caught by the Başakşehir Public Security Bureau teams. Emre Ç., whose statement was taken at the police station, faced legal action for 'Threats and insults', 'Stalking', and 'Violation of the law on the protection of the family and prevention of violence against women'. Emre Ç. was released by the prosecutor's decision. Funda K. and her daughter Ebru Y. found a GPS device with a SIM card in the insurance department after taking the car to the service due to the accident. The mother and daughter went to the police again to file a complaint against Emre Ç.

We have no relatives or family here, it is just me and my mother, and of course, my sister is included as well. He is constantly trying to oppress us because he sees us as helpless. He is always trying to threaten us. He is a person who has already served 6 years in prison. He is a person who uses alcohol and illegal substances. He has lowered our windows. He threatens us with a weapon, drives without a license, and drives under the influence of alcohol and illegal substances. He constantly insults my honor, provokes, threatens, and confronts us. He installed a GPS on our car before the divorce and constantly appears in front of us, cuts us off with his car, and harasses and threatens us," she said.

"HE CUT OFF OUR PATH BY SUDDENLY BRAKING" Ebru Y. said, "The other day when the incident occurred, my little sister, who is his daughter, was taking her to school, and he suddenly braked in front of us, cutting us off, and we were almost in an accident. Then he came to the school and entered the school to kiss my sister while being under the influence of alcohol. He started to watch me and my mother. After that, when we got out of the car, we couldn't move because he was cornering us; when my mother and I got out of the car, he drove the car towards us while being under the influence of alcohol; he tried to run us over. There were parents and school principals in front of the school who are our witnesses. Reports were made. Statements were given at the police station, and we did everything necessary," she said.

He is a person who does not obey any laws, and my mother and I are very scared. We do not know what else he will do or when he will take our lives.
