The security site in the city where Sultan Nur Ulu (24), who was sentenced to 'house arrest' as part of the investigation into the death of singer Güllü, who fell from the window of her apartment on the 6th floor in Yalova, is serving her sentence under judicial control, was captured on camera. It was stated that Ulu meets her basic needs by ordering online and that only the Deputy Chief of Police visited the site for control purposes.
Gül Tut, known as 'Güllü', passed away after falling from the window of her apartment in a six-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district on September 26. Following the investigation initiated by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Güllü, who underwent an autopsy, was buried in Istanbul. After technical and physical surveillance, Güllü's daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who had previously given inconsistent statements in three separate testimonies, were caught by the police in Istanbul with suitcases and brought back to Yalova. Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was arrested on charges of 'intentional murder', while a 'house arrest' decision was made for Sultan Nur Ulu.
"I SAW THE MOMENT OF THE FALL, I COULDN'T SAY IT BECAUSE I WAS SCARED"
In her statement to the prosecutor's office, Ulu expressed that Güllü's face was turned towards the window and stated that she saw the moment of the fall, saying, "I saw Tuğyan from behind, wrapping her legs around her mother's hips and pulling her slightly upwards. Right after Tuğyan pulled her mother that way, her mother fell. I saw the moment of the fall." She also mentioned that she couldn't confess what happened because she was scared, saying, "At one point when we were alone with Tuğyan, she told me, 'If I burn, we both burn.' The reason Tuğyan said this to me was that I saw her push her mother," it was learned that Sultan Nur Ulu was taken to the apartment she rented under police escort after her procedures.
ORDERING BASIC NEEDS ONLINE
The secure site in the city where Ulu has been staying under judicial control since December 13 was filmed by DHA. In a conversation with the site's security officer, it was learned that Sultan Nur Ulu was alone in the apartment she rented and that no one was coming or going to the house. It was noted that only the Deputy Chief of Police visited the site for control purposes. Ulu has been meeting her basic needs by ordering online, and it was also recorded that her lawyer has appealed the house arrest decision.
