It was revealed that the suspects covered the packages of the pills with foil that had the phrase 'Enjoy your meal' written on it to camouflage them.
OPERATION CONDUCTED WITH THE SUPPORT OF SPECIAL OPERATIONS POLICE
Teams from the Narcotics Crime Investigation Branch of the Provincial Police Department acted upon receiving information that drug pills were being produced at a workplace disguised as a wet wipe production facility in the Ova neighborhood of Seyhan district. An operation was carried out at the workplace with the support of the Special Operations police. During the operation, 9 suspects were taken into custody, and 703,043 drug pills, 2,259 kilograms of active substance used in the production of drug pills, 3,999,000 empty capsules, 40 rolls of transparent plastic, and a production machine were seized from the warehouse. It was reported that approximately 5,793,000 drug pills could be produced from the active substance in the warehouse.
THEY COVERED THEM WITH FOIL CONTAINING THE PHRASE "ENJOY YOUR MEAL"
Meanwhile, it was revealed that the suspects covered the packages of the drug pills they produced with foil that had the phrase 'Enjoy your meal' written on it. It was determined that the suspects attempted to camouflage the drug pills by making them resemble a wet wipe package. Among the suspects taken to the police station, A.B. (42) and İ.S. (45) claimed during their interrogations that they had rented the workplace a while ago, initially starting to produce wet wipes, and later began producing drugs, stating that they wanted to quit but could not.
7 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED
After their procedures, the suspects were referred to the courthouse and brought before the court, where 7 people, including A.B. and İ.S., were arrested, while 2 others were released under judicial control.
