The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has initiated a new sales process for those wishing to own land across Turkey.
252 VARIOUS LAND PARCELS FOR SALE IN 37 PROVINCES
As part of the sales to be conducted through the Real Estate Management, a total of 252 different types of land will be offered to buyers in 37 provinces. The sales will be conducted through an auction method.
AUCTION WILL BE HELD ON DECEMBER 25
The TOKİ land auction will be held on December 25. Participants can physically attend the auction from venues in Istanbul and Ankara, and there will also be an option to submit bids online. Online applications will close one business day before the auction date.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE
Different payment alternatives are available for the lands put up for sale. Those who pay a 25% down payment can benefit from a 48-month installment plan, while those who pay a 40% down payment can take advantage of a 36-month installment plan. Buyers who prefer to pay the full amount in cash will receive a 15% discount.
SECURITY DEPOSIT DETERMINED BASED ON LAND VALUE
Real and legal persons participating in the auction will be required to deposit a security amount determined according to the estimated value of the land. The security deposits can start from 100,000 TL and can go up to 10 million TL, depending on the value of the land. Payments can be made to the bank account specified by the Real Estate Management or at the cash desks in the auction venues.

The lands to be sold by TOKİ are located in Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Bitlis, Bursa, Çanakkale, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Düzce, Edirne, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Rize, Samsun, Siirt, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Yalova.
