Initially considered an accident, the incident was determined to be a murder as a result of the investigations, and it was found that Güllü fell from a window due to being pushed.

Güllü's son Tuğberk Yağız filed a complaint against his sister and her friend, suggesting that his mother might have been killed due to her lover Kervan.
