Batın Barlas Çeki VIOLATED THE RULES In the opinion, it was noted that in the incident subject to the trial, the defendant driver Fatma Zehra Kınık crashed into the motorcycle driven by the juvenile Y.S.Ö., who was traveling on the main road while attempting to go on a secondary road, resulting in the death of Batın Barlas Çeki, who was a passenger. It was mentioned in the opinion that İbrahim Ethem Üstünçelik, one of the injured pedestrians, did not file a complaint, while Muammer Kızıl filed a complaint with the authorities but later withdrew it during the prosecution phase.
