BE CAREFUL ON FRIDAY AND MONDAY

According to the latest forecast report from the Meteorology, in the coming days, heavy rainfall will be observed in the northern regions, with temperature drops of 5-6 degrees expected. Rain is expected in Istanbul on Friday and Monday.

Meteorology expert Prof. Dr. Orhan Şen stated the following in a post on his social media account:

"Starting from Friday, temperatures will drop by 5-6 degrees. There will be rain in Istanbul on Friday and Monday, and temperatures will fall to 22-23 degrees. From September 29 and at the beginning of October, rainfall will increase in the north, and temperatures will drop further. Take out your coats, summer is over in the north."

WEATHER CONDITIONS BY REGIONS

  • Marmara: Partly cloudy. Local heavy rainfall is expected in the north of Istanbul and Kırklareli, as well as in Kocaeli and Sakarya.
  • Aegean: Clear and slightly cloudy.
  • Mediterranean: Clear weather dominates the region.
  • Central Anatolia: Slightly cloudy and clear.
  • Western Black Sea: Heavy rainfall is expected in Düzce during the afternoon hours, and in the evening hours along the coasts of Sinop and Kastamonu.
  • Central and Eastern Black Sea: Rain is expected along the coasts of Trabzon, Rize, and Artvin from the afternoon hours; at night, rain is expected along the coasts of Samsun.
  • Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia: Clear and sunny weather.
