The claims of "forbidden relationship" and "threat" expressed by a law school student regarding Adapazarı Mayor Mutlu Işıksu have resonated widely in the city. Following the allegations, Mayor Işıksu filed a lawsuit for 50 million TL in damages against the 22-year-old law student.
A program with wide participation was organized in Sakarya to explain the functioning of the Public Ombudsman Institution and to examine the disputes between the administration and citizens on-site. Since I rejected this, the mayor filed a criminal complaint against me for 'blackmail.' Subsequently, he filed a lawsuit against me for 50 million in moral damages. 50 MILLION TL COMPENSATION LAWSUIT Mutlu Işıksu, who is at the center of the allegations, described the statements as "baseless" and "character assassination." Işıksu announced that he had filed a 50 million TL moral compensation lawsuit against the law student.
