FAMILY WENT TO THE HOUSE WHEN THEY COULDN'T REACH HIM
The incident occurred in an apartment on the 3rd floor of a site in Marmara Neighborhood, Beylikdüzü. As his family had not heard from Cengiz Yalçın for a while, they went to his house and knocked on the door but received no response. Relatives then called a locksmith to enter the house.
FOUND WITH HANDS BOUND AND HANGING
