The siblings of the singer Güllü, who fell from the window of her apartment on the 6th floor in Yalova and died, filed a criminal complaint with the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against their nephews Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and Tuğberk Yağız Gülter.
Known as Güllü, singer Gül Tut passed away on September 26 after falling from the window of her apartment in a six-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district. Following the incident, an autopsy was conducted as part of the investigation initiated by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Güllü was buried in Istanbul. After technical and physical surveillance, Güllü's daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who had traveled to Istanbul with suitcases, were caught by the police and brought back to Yalova. Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was arrested on charges of 'intentional murder,' while a house arrest decision was issued for Sultan Nur Ulu. As part of the investigation, Güllü's son Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, who came to the courthouse with his lawyer yesterday, gave a 7-page statement to the prosecutor's office as a complainant for 5 hours. In his statement, Gülter reportedly said, "If my mother was a victim of murder, I am complaining about everyone involved in this case. But if my sister has nothing to do with this incident, I am not complaining."
Singer Güllü's siblings Kader Tut and Raşit Günyer filed a complaint against her niece Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and nephew Tuğberk Yağız Gülter. It was reported that Tut and Günyer, through their lawyer, filed a criminal complaint with the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, claiming that their niece had killed their brother for inheritance. It was stated that the request of Güllü's siblings to be included in the case file was rejected on the grounds that they could not be heirs.
GÜLLÜ'S ACCOUNTS UNDER INVESTIGATION
The Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into singer Güllü's bank and life insurance accounts regarding the inheritance claims. It was determined that Güllü had savings ranging from 250 to 850 lira in some banks, and it was expressed that she had two houses in Çınarcık registered in her name, inherited from her mother.
Furthermore, it was recorded that Tuğberk Yağız Gülter stated in his testimony to the prosecutor's office that he did not give money to his lawyers due to their financial situation.
