The singer Güllü, who lost her life after falling from the window of her house in Yalova, was found to have no assets other than her home in Çınarcık, and it was determined that she had amounts ranging from 250 to 850 lira in some banks. Additionally, it was stated that Tut's inheritance certificate was obtained on October 6, 2025, and that it was not possible for her heirs to take any action before this date.
In Yalova, an investigation is ongoing regarding the death of singer Gül Tut, known as "Güllü." Following the fall of singer Gül Tut from the window of her apartment on the terrace of a six-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district on September 26, the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has conducted correspondence with relevant institutions and organizations for asset identification as part of the investigation.
GÜLLÜ'S ONLY ASSET WAS HER HOUSE
According to responses received so far from over 50 banks and relevant institutions since October, it has been determined that Tut had no assets other than her house in Çınarcık, and she had varying amounts of money ranging from 250 to 850 lira in some banks.
It was stated that Tut's inheritance certificate was obtained on October 6, 2025, and that it was not possible for her heirs to take any action before this date. Meanwhile, it has been learned that Tut's siblings have filed a complaint through their lawyers against Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, alleging that they may have killed their mother for her inheritance.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Singer Gül Tut (52) fell from the window of her covered terrace on the 6th floor of her apartment located on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district on September 26 for reasons yet to be determined, resulting in her death. Tut's funeral was held in Istanbul.
The Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation into the incident, and it was reported that Tut's daughter Tuğyan Gülter and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who was in the same room on the day of the incident, along with Ulu's father Arif Ulu and two others, were taken into custody.
Of those taken into custody, Tuğyan Gülter was arrested, while a house arrest decision was issued for Sultan Nur Ulu. The other three individuals were released after their statements at the prosecutor's office.
