On Monday, November 24, in the Pendik Yenişehir Neighborhood Muhtarlığı, a woman went to the neighborhood muhtarlık to obtain a 'poverty certificate' in the morning. Upon the woman's request, the muhtar, who checked the system, said he could not issue the certificate because she appeared to be insured.
MUHTAR AND CITIZEN ATTACKED EACH OTHER WITH KICKS AND PUNCHES
After receiving this response, the woman argued with the muhtar and soon attacked him. As the muhtar retaliated, the two began to fight with kicks and punches. The fight between the two women was difficult to separate for those around them. Police teams were called to the scene due to both parties filing complaints against each other.
