In the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, 65-year-old Erkan Ergene was found dead on a park bench covered with a blanket. Ergene, who was known to have diabetes, had his lifeless body taken to the morgue, and the police have launched an investigation.

FOUND MOTIONLESS IN THE PARK
The incident occurred around 20:00 in Eski Gaziler Park in the Cemaliye neighborhood of Çorlu. Citizens saw a person covered with a blanket on a bench motionless. Upon a call to the 112 Emergency Call Center, police and medical teams were dispatched to the park.
WAS A DIABETIC
During the teams' check, it was determined that Erkan Ergene had lost his life. Ergene, who was learned to be a diabetic, was taken to the morgue of Çorlu State Hospital.
Police launched an investigation into the incident.
