In the Sultangazi district of Istanbul, a 15-year-old boy riding a motorcycle was attacked with a firearm by another motorcyclist. The suspect, who pulled the trigger multiple times, fled the scene, while it was determined that the boy, injured in the arm, had a criminal record of two offenses.

SHOT THE YOUNG CHILD WITH A GUN AND FLED

The incident occurred around 15:40 on Adem Yavuz Street in Yunus Emre Neighborhood. According to the claim, A.E. (15), who was traveling on a motorcycle with license plate 34 PFA 839, was fired upon by a person or persons on another motorcycle. After the attack, the suspects fled the scene on the motorcycle.

Upon the notification of those nearby who heard the gunshots, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. After initial medical intervention at the scene, A.E., who was determined to have been wounded in the arm during the attack, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. During the investigations by crime scene investigation teams, numerous spent bullet casings were found. Additionally, it was determined that some parked vehicles were also hit by bullets during the attack.

THE INJURED PARTY WAS FOUND TO HAVE 2 CRIMINAL RECORDS

In examinations conducted by police teams, it was learned that A.E. had a total of 2 criminal records for the crimes of 'Threat' and 'Intentional Injury'. Police are continuing their efforts to capture the fleeing suspect or suspects.
