CIRCULAR SENT TO INSTITUTIONS
In the circular sent to public institutions with the signature of Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, it was stated that all expenditures, except for earthquake-related costs, should be reviewed again, and it was announced that savings monitoring would be strictly ensured. It was expressed that public institutions and organizations within the scope of the mentioned circular were instructed to comply with the measures determined by the circular regarding their domestic and foreign expenditures from their own budgets or other sources of savings, as well as the use of movable and immovable properties.
