Election excitement in Gaziantep: Abdülkerim Arslan renewed his confidence.

At the ordinary general assembly of the Mardinliler Education and Solidarity Foundation Gaziantep Branch, which operates in Gaziantep, the current president Abdülkerim Arslan was re-elected, renewing his mandate, while a message was given that educational, social assistance, and cultural projects would be increased in the new term. During the congress, which took place with high participation, the foundation's past activities were evaluated, and future goals were shared with the public.

The Ordinary General Assembly of the Mardin Education and Solidarity Foundation (MAREV) Gaziantep Branch, which operates in Gaziantep, was held. In the election held with a single list, the current president Abdülkerim Arslan was re-elected, renewing his mandate.

HELD WITH WIDE PARTICIPATION 

MAREV Gaziantep Branch, which serves as a meeting point for Mardin residents living in Gaziantep focused on mutual aid, solidarity, and education, held its Ordinary General Assembly today. The congress, attended by Mahsum Altunkaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Altunkaya Group, as well as leading businesspeople, industrialists, and foundation members from the region, was chaired by Mehmet Emin Türk, with Hadi Çelik and Hüseyin Pak serving as board members. During the congress, the past activities of MAREV were approved, and future projections were shared with the members.

“EDUCATION WILL CONTINUE TO BE OUR PRIORITY”

After the election results were announced, the Chairman of the Board, Abdülkerim Arslan, thanked the members and emphasized MAREV's mission. In his speech, Arslan stated, “Our foundation has been an unshakeable bridge between the city it was born in and the city it has thrived in since its establishment. Our greatest investment is in people and education. In the new term, we will work tirelessly to increase the scholarships we provide to our university students and to ensure the integration of our youth with Gaziantep's industry. I express my gratitude to all our members who have deemed us worthy of this honorable duty once again.”

SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PROJECTS WILL NOT SLOW DOWN 

During the general assembly, it was mentioned that the foundation's projects would not be limited to education but would also aim to preserve Mardin's ancient culture in Gaziantep. In the new management period, the goals include expanding the social assistance network, diversifying cultural activities, and increasing contributions to Gaziantep's social fabric.

NEW MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCED

The new board of directors, led by Abdülkerim Arslan, includes Hasan Erol, Yılmaz Aktürk, Abdulbaki Çelik, Osman Şimşek, Hilali Hacımustafaoğlu, Abdulkadir Gümüş, Abdulhalim Ünverdi, and Murat Güven. The congress concluded with a group photo of the new board and the acceptance of congratulations.
