NAMES OF THE SOLDIERS REVEALED
In a statement from the IDF, it was noted that the deceased soldiers were Noam Madmoni (22), Ben Cohen (21), and Maxsim Entis (21). It was reported that the identity of the fourth soldier who died would be shared with the public after his family was informed.
THE CLASH OCCURRED AT CLOSE RANGE
The clash, which occurred around 6:30 PM local time yesterday, was reported to have taken place at close range, with a significant number of Hezbollah members neutralized. It was emphasized that while Hezbollah elements launched an anti-tank missile during the evacuation of the injured from the area, there were no additional casualties or injuries from this attack. It was stated that the Israeli army initiated a large-scale retaliatory operation against Hezbollah positions in the area with tank fire and airstrikes following the clash.
