Recently, Özcan Deniz, who caused concern among his loved ones by suffering a heart spasm, has been hit with a shocking lawsuit. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation against the artist Özcan Deniz on the grounds that he constructed unlicensed swimming pools and additional enclosed areas, and converted garage spaces into living areas. It has been reported that Deniz has been summoned to the courthouse to give a statement as a 'suspect' on March 5.
According to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an investigation has been initiated against the artist Özcan Deniz on the grounds of 'Causing Urban Pollution' and 'Violation of the Law on the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets' after it was determined that three villas located in Sarıyer Uskumruköy, which are within a site area, had unauthorized and unpermitted pools, additional enclosed areas, and garage spaces converted into living areas.
It has been learned that Deniz was summoned to the courthouse to give a statement on March 5 as a 'suspect'.
