President Erdoğan went to Egypt after completing his contacts in Saudi Arabia. Erdoğan was welcomed by Egyptian President Sisi at Cairo International Airport.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on a special plane "TUR" for an official visit. Erdoğan was welcomed at Cairo International Airport by Egyptian President Abdulfattah el-Sisi and his wife Entissar Amer. Turkey's Ambassador to Cairo, Salih Mutlu Şen, was also present at the welcoming ceremony.
A LARGE DELEGATION ACCOMPANIES ERDOĞAN
First Lady Emine Erdoğan accompanied President Erdoğan on the visit. The delegation included Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, and Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu.
As part of the visit, the President of the Directorate of Communications Burhanettin Duran, the President's Chief Foreign Policy and Security Advisor Akif Çağatay Kılıç, and many other senior officials also came to Cairo.
