The Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, left the room during the speech of May Golan, the Israeli Minister of Social Equality and Women's Empowerment, at the meeting she attended as part of the 70th Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.
Minister Göktaş attended the meeting on 'Violence Against Women and Girls' held on the margins of the 70th Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW).
ISRAELI MINISTER LEFT THE ROOM AS SHE STARTED TO SPEAK
In the General Assembly hall, Göktaş shared the work and services carried out by the Ministry with the participating countries, and left the meeting room when the Israeli Minister of Social Equality and Women's Empowerment, May Golan, began her speech.
It was also observed that some country representatives, along with Göktaş, reacted and left the room.
