According to the agreement between Rönesans Holding and Rabobank International Holding B.V., all shares of Rabobank A.Ş. will be transferred to Rönesans Holding after regulatory approvals are completed.

According to the agreement between Rönesans Holding and Rabobank International Holding B.V., all shares of Rabobank A.Ş., which has been serving large-scale corporate customers in Turkey since 2014, will belong to Rönesans Holding after regulatory approvals are completed."
