It was noted that there were fluctuations in the shares of Atlantis Yatırım Holding A.Ş. traded on the stock exchange that were contrary to the ordinary course of life, and artificial increases were realized.
ALLEGATIONS OF MARKET FRAUD
In this context, the chief prosecutor's office took action and issued detention orders for eight suspects. The suspects were charged with forming an organization for the purpose of committing a crime and market fraud.
