An operation was carried out against content producers on OnlyFans, which was blocked from access by a court decision in Istanbul. During the operation, 16 suspects were detained, and 2 companies, 10 properties, and 14 vehicles belonging to the suspects were confiscated. The suspects, whose procedures at the police station were completed, were referred to the courthouse.
The Cyber Crime Department teams of the Istanbul Police Department, in coordination with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, initiated a study within the scope of 'Money Laundering' and 'Obscenity' crimes.
THEY CHANGED THEIR IP ADDRESS
Investigations revealed that access to the platform named OnlyFans, which was blocked by a court decision on June 7, 2023, was achieved by changing the IP address.
THEY SHARED SPECIAL CONTENT FOR A FEE
In the studies, it was determined that the suspects directed their followers to special content for a fee by making posts through their public social media accounts, and encouraged platform access with visuals and videos to increase interaction. It was also learned that access to the content was promoted not only through the platform but also via instant messaging applications.
NAMES REVEALED
After the completion of the investigations, a simultaneous operation was carried out against the suspects this morning. During the operation, 16 people were detained, and 2 companies, 10 properties, and 14 vehicles were seized.
As part of the operation, Azranur Ay Vandan, Meltem Bakır, Gizem Avcı, Yağmur Şimşek, Öznur Güven, Cansu Bade Taş, Kübra Yurdakul, Arzu Yılmaz, Derin Gür, Dilber Doğan, Eme Nur Süder, Kadriye Değirmenci, Lina Su Özgen, Yaprak Meriç Yücel, Nisanur Kavak, Tuğçe Cansu Parlak, and Tülin Arıkoğlu were detained.
5 SUSPECTS ABROAD
It was learned that suspects Ebru Arman, Ceyda Ersoy, and Eda Alboya are in prison, while suspects Zeynep Alkan, Gizem Bağdaçiçek, Merve Taşkın, Burçin Erol, and Serpil Cansız are abroad. The suspects, whose procedures at the police were completed, were referred to the courthouse.
