The heir of the legendary musician Kazım Koyuncu, Niyazi Koyuncu, has withdrawn his complaint for 50,000 TL in damages against teacher Kadir Can Uslu, which was based on the unauthorized sharing of the famous artist's song "Uy Aha."
The incident came to light after Uslu was called to the police following the sharing of the song on social media. However, the explanation Uslu received relieved everyone: The complaint was made in error, and the heir party announced that they would no longer pursue the matter.
USLU SAID:
"I received an email stating that the complaint was made in error. I loved Kazım Koyuncu very much; I always enjoyed listening to his works. Fortunately, the matter has been resolved amicably."
The situation was also confirmed during a search at the law office; the complaint occurred due to a mistake by a trainee lawyer. The works and memory of the unforgettable figure of Black Sea music, Kazım Koyuncu, continue to be preserved.
This development concluded with a resolution that relieved both his fans and social media users.
