İlhan conveyed that there is a benefit in adapting to new professions for Turkey to achieve its economic goals and to employ its potential workforce, stating that according to the "Future of Work: Turkey's Talent Transformation in the Digital Age 2020 Report," the automation level in Turkey is between 20-25%.

He noted, "In addition, the workforce will need to acquire social and advanced technological skills, and it is possible to say that the demand for employees with these skills will increase over the next 10 years." İlhan evaluated that according to the report published by the World Economic Forum in 2023, with the developing technology by 2030, the popularity of fields such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and renewable energy will increase. He emphasized that we need to know today that employment in these areas will rise and prepare accordingly, stating that we have already started these efforts.

Ilhan pointed out that the World Employment Report predicts a decline in the employment of professions such as ticket clerks, call center employees, or some skill-based jobs, stating that it is necessary to keep individuals in these job groups employed within the scope of twin transformation and that they are working towards this goal. He expressed that 63% of employers say that 3 out of every 5 people they will employ do not have sufficient skills, and he stated that the solution lies in employing individuals who possess vocational qualification certificates.
"THE WORLD NO LONGER WANTS VERY MECHANICAL, ROBOTIC PEOPLE"
Ilhan indicated that 59% of the global workforce will need to reskill by 2030. Mustafa Necmi İlhan continued his remarks: Skills such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cybersecurity, as well as analytical thinking, leadership, and business components are coming to the forefront. The world no longer wants very mechanical, robotic people. Within the scope of digital transformation, the employment of individuals who can use artificial intelligence components and possess cybersecurity skills, who have the arguments of digital transformation, but can also lead and facilitate social transformation, meaning those who have these skills along with a heart and social thinking will increase. Professions that include artificial intelligence, big data, networks, cybersecurity, technological literacy, creative thinking, resilience, flexibility, agility, lifelong learning, leadership, and social impact will likely be the main codes of employment in the coming years.
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY WILL ALSO BE INCREASED
Ilhan reported that they have established advisory boards named Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence, Green Transformation and Smart Agriculture, and Aviation and Space Defense Industry within the institution, stating that they are working to set standards for new professions needed in Turkey in these boards. He expressed that they have set standards in 38 professions in the field of digital transformation so far, mentioning that among these professions are artificial intelligence programmer, blockchain analyst, ethical hacker, robotic systems operator, and cloud computing analyst. İlhan pointed out that climate change and the water crisis are on the global agenda, emphasizing that the agricultural areas in Turkey need to be utilized better and that green transformation needs to be achieved more effectively.

Ilhan stated that they have defined 30 professions in the environmental sector and 15 in other areas during the green transformation process, explaining that among these are sustainability expert, battery electric vehicle maintenance technician, eco-guide, and agricultural drone operator. He conveyed that they are continuing their work in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, the Turkish Employment Agency, and the Higher Education Council, stating, "In the upcoming period, the emergence of new professions is no longer an expectation but a reality. We aim to increase the number of professions for which we have set standards to over 1000 by the end of 2025. We also desire to define 100 of these professions as future professions. Thus, we will be one of the countries with the most profession standards, with over 1000 national profession standards."
