The statement of the chef from the Grand Kartal Hotel, where a fire tragedy claimed the lives of 78 people in Bolu, has emerged. The chef, who stated that he was one of the first to see the fire, said, "During the time it took to get outside after seeing the fire, there was never a fire alarm, warning mechanical sound, or a water sprinkler system that would help extinguish the fire.
