Reconstruction work has begun at Iran's underground nuclear facilities, which were struck by B-2 bombers from the United States last week. Satellite images reveal that heavy machinery is active at the Natanz and Isfahan facilities, particularly at Fordo.
The U.S. military used GBU-57 MOP type bunker-busting bombs for the first time in these attacks, targeting air voids deep within the facilities to cause collapses. The Pentagon announced that this operation, named "Midnight Hammer," was successful and that the nuclear program suffered significant damage.
TUNNELS ARE BEING DUG AGAIN
The images show excavators, bulldozers, and cranes working around the sinkholes on the mountainside, and new passages have been opened to provide access to the main roads of the facilities. According to experts, Iran's priority is to reopen the collapsed air voids and assess the damage at the facilities. Israel claims that hundreds of kilograms of enriched uranium are still buried at the facilities, warning that Iran could reach the capacity to produce a nuclear bomb.
IS A NEW ATTACK ON THE AGENDA?
The Israeli government had previously stated that it would launch a new attack if Iran rebuilt its nuclear facilities. Although no official statement has been made from the U.S. side yet, it is known that the Tel Aviv administration is closely monitoring the developments.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated in a post-attack announcement, "Iran's nuclear infrastructure has been completely destroyed." However, satellite images and Pentagon sources indicate that Iran is rapidly moving to restore its nuclear capacity.
