U.S. President Donald Trump, in a statement regarding the ongoing conflicts in Gaza, stated that Hamas does not want to reach an agreement on a ceasefire and the release of hostages, saying, "Hamas will now be hunted." Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu also indicated that more blood will be shed by saying, "We will put an end to Hamas."

Steve Witkoff, the U.S. President Donald Trump's Special Representative for the Middle East, announced on Thursday that the U.S. has prematurely ended ongoing ceasefire talks regarding Gaza and has recalled its negotiation team in Doha for consultation purposes. Following this development, Trump made critical statements regarding the ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas.

"ISRAEL NEEDS TO FINISH THE JOB"

Trump stated, "We have withdrawn from the Gaza negotiations, and this is an unfortunate situation. Hamas has no intention of reaching any agreement, and Hamas will now be hunted. Israel needs to finish the job."

NETANYAHU: WE ARE CONSIDERING OTHER OPTIONS

Netanyahu commented on the ceasefire talks, saying, "Hamas is the obstacle to the agreement for the release of hostages. Together with our American allies, we are considering other options to bring our hostages back home and to end Hamas."

HAMAS HAD RESPONDED TO THE CEASEFIRE DRAFT

Hamas reported yesterday that it had sent its response to the draft presented by mediators regarding the prisoner exchange and ceasefire in Gaza. The Israeli Prime Minister's Office stated in a written announcement that Hamas's response had reached Tel Aviv through mediators and was being evaluated. It was noted that the Israeli negotiation team had been recalled to assess Hamas's response to the draft.

U.S. TEAM HAD BEEN RECALLED

Witkoff claimed that "Hamas is unwilling regarding the ceasefire," stating that they decided to recall their team conducting ceasefire talks in Doha, Qatar, "for consultation purposes."

Hamas expressed surprise at Witkoff's "negative statements" towards them, emphasizing that they are determined and willing to participate in negotiations "in a way that will contribute to reaching a lasting ceasefire and overcoming obstacles" and to complete this process.
